Production Planner

About the role

The Production Planner will coordinate all planning activities for the manufacturing plant, ensuring that production schedules align with material availability and demand forecasts. This role supports the plant’s performance targets by balancing capacity, inventory, and delivery commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize production line capacity to meet demand and plant performance targets.
• Evaluate material supply plans against weekly demand and identify gaps.
• Develop and maintain weekly production schedules that reflect capacity, inventory, and order priorities.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and shop‑floor teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Monitor production performance and adjust plans to address deviations or bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in production planning, with at least 4 years total in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze data, forecast demand and make data‑driven scheduling decisions.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
