Project Engineer – Civil & Construction (2‑Year Contract)

About the role

Kimberly‑Clark Vietnam is looking for a Project Engineer – Civil & Construction to lead major capital and facility improvement projects at its manufacturing site. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through execution, close‑out and hand‑over, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor civil construction activities for capital projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Manage and supervise external contractors, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments and documentation for project close‑out.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, preferably in industrial, warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of managing contractors and on‑site construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
