Project Management Officer

About the role
The Project Management Officer will support the Project Lead and Work Package Lead in planning, coordinating and executing project activities for Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Project Lead and Work Package Lead with project planning, coordination and execution.
- Execute assigned project tasks and follow up on work items to align with project priorities and timelines.
- Maintain project management tools such as roadmaps, milestone plans, trackers and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, forecasts and invoice processing, providing regular status updates.
- Organise and coordinate project meetings and workshops, prepare agendas, minutes and follow‑up actions.
- Manage communication channels (Outlook, SharePoint) and prepare presentations, templates, reports and other materials following corporate standards.
- Coordinate routine project tasks with supporting teams to ensure timely completion.
