QESH Manager – Quality, Environment, Safety & Health

About the role

The QESH Manager leads the Quality, Environment, Safety & Health functions for a coffee manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with international standards and Vietnamese regulations while driving continuous improvement across all areas.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the site’s Quality and Food Safety Management System, lead the Food Safety Team, and maintain BRCGS and Product Integrity certifications.
• Lead implementation and continual improvement of ISO 14001 environmental management, driving energy, waste, water and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Manage the site’s Occupational Health & Safety system, ensuring ISO 45001 compliance, conducting risk assessments, inspections and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese food safety, labor, environmental and occupational health legislation, maintain permits and interface with regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8‑10 years of experience in quality, food safety and EHS leadership, including at least 5 years in a food manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing BRCGS‑certified operations and leading customer, certification and regulatory audits.

Required skills

• BRCGS Food Safety Standard, HACCP, GMP.
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Food fraud and food defense, root‑cause analysis, internal auditing, regulatory compliance, risk management.
• Lead Auditor qualification, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, NEBOSH (preferred).
