Quality Control Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to lead our sales Quality Control team at Mirae Asset Finance Company in Ho Chi Minh City. The role ensures that all quality assessments and inspections meet the company’s standards while supporting the team in handling complex cases.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the sales Quality Control team, guaranteeing timelines and quality standards are achieved.
• Assign tasks and monitor each team member’s productivity.
• Assist with complex cases that require reassessment or exceed the authority of staff.
• Ensure evaluations and inspections comply with established quality procedures and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and quality monitoring within a call‑center or financial organization.
• Experience in appraisal, debt collection or telesales is a plus.
• Proficiency with office computer applications.
• Strong listening and analytical abilities.
