Quality Officer – Workshop Network

About the role

As a Workshop Network Quality Officer for the EA region within Bosch’s Mobility Aftermarket division, you will ensure that the Bosch workshop network meets defined operational standards and delivers high‑quality service in line with brand values. You will work with internal teams and external service providers to execute workshop assessment campaigns and support the development of independent workshop partners across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy workshop service quality initiatives, define benchmarks and best practices, and implement tools and processes to measure performance.
• Monitor network quality against KPIs, analyse root causes, and propose counter‑measures in collaboration with the Workshop Concept Manager.
• Prepare regular reports on network quality status and the effectiveness of improvement actions for management.
• Support regional Workshop Concept Management activities to champion service‑quality development.
• Coordinate workshop assessment suppliers, including training and development of assessors.
• Implement and maintain the Workshop Assessment Tool, providing training and user management locally.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobility or automotive aftermarket quality management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and external teams.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI monitoring and root‑cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and reporting capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with workshop assessment tools and quality‑measurement processes.
• Knowledge of benchmark definition and best‑practice implementation.
