About the role

The Senior Account Executive (IMC) at TAJ Vietnam acts as a campaign orchestrator and trusted client partner, overseeing the full lifecycle of large‑scale Integrated Marketing Communications projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel IMC campaigns.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless synergy and on‑time delivery.
• Manage budgets, track performance metrics and mitigate project risks.
• Present strategic recommendations and campaign results to clients.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in creative or digital agencies handling multi‑channel IMC campaigns.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong project scheduling and budget mapping abilities.
• Excellent client service skills, able to shift between data‑driven analysis and creative concepts.
• Proven presentation and proposal‑writing capabilities.
