About the role

Join Navigos Search, the leading executive search provider in Vietnam, as a Recruitment Consultant within our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) division. You will work closely with senior clients to understand their talent needs and deliver high‑quality candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Research, source, and engage potential candidates across various channels.
• Promote job opportunities to passive talent and build a strong talent pool.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with business development teams to align recruitment strategies with client objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or headhunting.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with senior‑level stakeholders.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, and resilient mindset.
