Requirement Management Support – Japanese & English

About the role

The Requirement Management Support role at Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City focuses on importing, managing, and updating specification documents in the DOORS system while ensuring consistency across modules. The position also involves translation of technical documents between Japanese and English and basic scripting tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Import specification content from Word, Excel, PDF, and matrix formats into DOORS, manage versions, set attributes and layouts.
• Maintain attribute and layout consistency for all modules and reflect specification changes in the system.
• Develop and manage project metrics, handle system configuration management, baseline copies, and tracking reports.
• Read, write, and modify simple scripts as needed.
• Translate technical documents between Japanese and English.
• Prepare Software QG using the One-Q tool and follow up VTC rating.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English (JLPT N2 and IELTS 6.5 or higher).
• Basic coding/scripting ability to read and write simple scripts.
• Logical and analytical thinking.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Required skills
