Research Grant & Partnership Specialist

About the role

VinUniversity is seeking a Research Grant & Partnership Specialist to support its growing research portfolio. The role will manage grant applications, coordinate partnerships, and ensure compliance with funding requirements, contributing to the university’s ambition to become a top global institution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate funding opportunities aligned with university research priorities.
• Prepare and submit grant proposals, including budgets and supporting documentation.
• Oversee post‑award administration, monitoring budgets, reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, donors, and funding agencies.
• Collaborate with faculty and research staff to align grant activities with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Research Administration, Business Management or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in research administration or grant management.
• Strong understanding of grant compliance, contracts, and financial tracking.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
