Retail Product & Ecommerce Development Specialist

About the role

The Retail Product & Ecommerce Development Specialist will drive the creation and launch of new merchandise that aligns with the Phúc Long brand. This role blends market research, product design, and e‑commerce expertise to deliver compelling lifestyle accessories and seasonal drops.

Key responsibilities

• Research consumer trends and translate insights into merchandise concepts such as tumblers, accessories, and limited‑edition items.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and external vendors to develop, test, and finalize product SKUs.
• Manage development timelines, sample reviews, costing, and approval processes to ensure on‑time product launches.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and e‑commerce teams to prepare product listings for platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Monitor product performance post‑launch and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E‑commerce, Product Design, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in product development, merchandise, or e‑commerce, preferably in F&B, lifestyle or retail.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee or similar marketplace platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
