Sales Consultant

About the role

The Joyful Nest, Vietnam’s first luxury postpartum sanctuary, is looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Consultant to connect with new mothers and healthcare professionals. You will be the first point of contact, guiding families from their initial inquiry to their visit at our sanctuary.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from mothers via phone, Zalo, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Invite and welcome prospective families to tour the sanctuary.
• Develop and maintain warm relationships with OB/GYNs, midwives, and other referral partners.
• Provide personalized follow‑up from the first message until the day of arrival.
• Track leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or entry‑level candidate with a passion for mother‑and‑baby care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trustful relationships quickly.
• Comfortable using social media and messaging platforms for business communication.
