Sales Deputy Manager

About the role

The Sales Deputy Manager will support the sales department by overseeing daily activities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving new business opportunities. This position reports to senior management and works closely with both local and international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all sales‑related activities and initiatives.
• Maintain close contact with existing customers and conduct in‑depth research to understand their needs.
• Identify and acquire new customers to expand the company’s client base.
• Prepare, review, and manage bidding documents for contracts and projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by superiors.
• Work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on‑site.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales role.
• Good communication skills in English or Japanese (no certificate required).
• Experience in a Japanese or other foreign corporation is a plus.
• Background in the hospital or healthcare sector is advantageous.
