Sales Executive – Wholesale

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive – Wholesale to grow our wholesale channel and strengthen distribution of premium baby and children’s brands across Vietnam. Reporting to the Head of Business (Vietnam), the role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing key wholesale accounts and delivering sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new wholesale business opportunities in the baby‑care market.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing wholesale partners to maximise sales volume.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the brand team.
• Monitor distribution performance, inventory levels and merchandising standards.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with retailers and distributors.
• Track sales targets, prepare reports and provide insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale sales, FMCG, consumer goods, baby products or retail distribution.
• Proven track record of winning new business and meeting sales targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising and inventory management.
