About the role
PROWTECH INTERNATIONAL VINA is a high‑growth leader in Vietnam’s media and digital out‑of‑home advertising industry, offering LED displays, billboards, transit media, retail media and O2O solutions. The company is expanding its B2B advertising solutions portfolio and seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and scale a high‑performing sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across its LED, billboard, transit and retail media products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high‑performing sales team focused on B2B advertising solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of sales leadership experience in Advertising, Media, OOH or Digital sectors.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Commercially driven with a passion for sales and team development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

What we offer
- Attractive, uncapped income with a base salary of 20‑25 million VND per month.
