Sales Support Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Ho Chi Minh City as a Sales Support Intern. You will assist the sales team with order processing, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks while gaining hands‑on experience in a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales and service orders, as well as export documents, using SAP.
• Assist logistics by tracking shipment status, monitoring factory backlog, and handling customs paperwork.
• Generate sales reports, forecasts, and prepare presentation materials for monthly meetings and business reviews.
• Perform weekly sales order tracking and maintain inventory lists to update customers on order status.
• Provide administrative support such as contract drafting, correspondence handling, and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year university student, open to candidates with no prior experience.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Full‑time commitment for the internship period.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
