SCM Officer (Chuyên Viên Quản Lý Chuỗi Cung Ứng)

About the role

The SCM Officer will support daily administrative processes across the supply chain, collaborating closely with Sales, Production, Accounting, and QA/QC teams to streamline operations and ensure smooth material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day SCM activities and improve inter‑departmental processes.
• Ensure efficient movement of raw materials, finished products, and inventory throughout the supply chain.
• Assist the SCM Manager in implementing supply‑chain strategies and monitoring performance.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse operations, distribution, and logistics activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse, distribution or FMCG fulfillment centers.
• Preferably experience with meat or cold‑temperature products in a cold‑warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems and veterinary certification processes is a plus.
