Scrum Master – Agile Coach

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join Bosch Group’s software development hub in Ho Chi Minh City. You will guide cross‑functional teams in adopting Agile practices, ensure smooth delivery of IT projects, and help align technical execution with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coach development teams and product owners on Scrum values, ceremonies, and self‑organization.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments, foster a positive team environment, and support conflict resolution.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Bosch internal standards, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well‑defined, prioritized backlog and align it with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master on IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to manage impediments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent.
