Sea & Air Freight Operations Executive

About the role

The Sea & Air Freight Operations Executive will manage end‑to‑end export and import shipments, ensuring smooth coordination between shipping lines, airlines, co‑loaders and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage export and import shipments from initiation to delivery.
• Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines and co‑loaders, and issue booking confirmations to customers.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with overseas agents and customers.
• Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI), Verified Gross Mass (VGM) and other required shipping documents.
• Prepare and issue House Bills of Lading and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Business, International Economics or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of logistics operations experience are preferred.
• Responsible, hardworking and eager to learn.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
• Ability to work independently.
