Sea Export Specialist

About the role

The Sea Export Specialist will manage all documentation and follow‑up activities for outbound sea shipments. This position ensures that shipping records are accurate, complete, and shared with all relevant parties in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and issue all required documents for sea export shipments, including SI/VGM, AMS/ISF/ENS/AFR, pre‑alert notices and Bill of Lading.
• Collect shipping information from customers, carriers and agents, and update partners promptly.
• Monitor document status and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with international export regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with strong focus on sea export documentation.
• Experience handling US or Canadian cargo is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure, including overtime when needed.
