Senior AI/Agent Engineer

About the role

We are building the next generation of production AI agent systems that reason, plan, use tools, delegate to sub‑agents and deliver end‑to‑end business outcomes. As a Senior AI/Agent Engineer you will apply deep expertise in modern machine learning, transformers and multimodal models to create robust, production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect agentic systems including planning, memory, tool use, multi‑agent delegation, evaluation loops and guardrails.
• Push model capabilities into production by designing prompt and context strategies, tool interfaces, retrieval, reranking, structured output, streaming and evaluation for text and multimodal inputs.
• Own the evaluation framework: build offline test sets, online LLM‑as‑judge loops and regression harnesses.
• Optimize system performance through prompt caching, batching, speculative decoding, model routing, token budget management and latency targets.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the mechanics of attention, autoregressive decoding, and the trade‑offs of caching and tool routing.
• Experience designing and shipping AI systems that scale under load and continuously improve.
• Ability to select appropriate abstractions beyond hype trends.
