Senior Brand Manager

About the role

The Senior Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for a fast‑moving consumer goods portfolio in Ho Chi Minh City. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape both short‑term and long‑term marketing plans to drive growth and strengthen brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Research and develop new products that align with market trends and consumer needs.
• Design and implement 1‑year and multi‑year marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Coordinate with external agencies to plan and execute ATL and BTL campaigns.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
• Lead market research and brand measurement programs to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience managing a brand, preferably within a multinational FMCG environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to understand both business and brand perspectives.
