Senior Business Manager - Go Global (US Market)

About the role

The Senior Business Manager will lead the Go Global initiative for the US market, shaping the three‑year strategic plan and translating it into actionable annual operating plans. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will drive cross‑border e‑commerce growth, brand expansion and profitability for the company’s US‑focused services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the three‑year Go Global vision, annual operating plan, priority categories and target‑client portfolio.
• Design service roadmaps, market‑entry models and investment gates for new services, markets and brand launches.
• Make build, buy, and partnership recommendations based on market signals, portfolio performance and competitive analysis.
• Oversee P&L management, ensuring revenue targets and cost efficiencies are met.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute brand marketing and e‑commerce initiatives across borders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, E‑commerce or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7‑10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering strategic business initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market trends and competitive developments.
