Senior Consumer Engagement Executive (Consumer Marketing)

About the role

The Senior Consumer Engagement Executive will lead omnichannel consumer engagement for Estée Lauder Vietnam, driving interaction across owned, earned and paid media. This role bridges the Brand Online and Consumer Engagement teams to ensure a seamless marketing calendar, media plan, content creation and CRM execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an omnichannel consumer engagement strategy covering the full funnel.
• Adapt the marketing calendar, plan media spend and create compelling content for digital and offline channels.
• Design and manage CRM programs to nurture and retain customers.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align brand messaging and promotional activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.

Required profile

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Proven experience in brand management, including marketing, sales, training, merchandising and public relations.
• Background in beauty marketing (make‑up/skincare) with a strong understanding of social digital and e‑commerce environments.
• Highly organized, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders and influence decision‑making.
