Senior Executive – Outsourcing & Vendor Management

About the role

The Senior Executive – Outsourcing & Vendor Management will lead end‑to‑end outsourcing activities for Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City. The role ensures that vendor engagements are coordinated, compliant, and aligned with the company’s delivery goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate resource requests from internal departments and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding, including interview arrangements, documentation, compliance checks, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between internal teams and outsourcing vendors, facilitating smooth communication.
• Prepare and maintain outsourcing documentation such as processes, guidelines, reports, and operational records.
• Monitor outsourcing performance, demand tracking, vendor performance, budget utilization, expense forecasting, and data analysis.
• Drive process improvement and governance by collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outsourcing, vendor management, or related operational roles.
