Senior Front-End Developer – UX Driven

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with a strong focus on UX Engineering to shape the next generation of global enterprise workflow platforms used by over 500,000 users worldwide. The role sits at the intersection of user experience design and software engineering, turning complex data‑heavy applications into intuitive, high‑performance interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Interaction Engineering – build sophisticated UI components such as visual logic builders, real‑time status monitors and multi‑step configuration wizards.
• Design System Stewardship – own and scale the global design system and component library, ensuring pixel‑perfect consistency across regions and product modules.
• High‑Fidelity Prototyping – create interactive, code‑based prototypes to validate complex user journeys before full production.
• Localization & Accessibility – implement internationalization and localization strategies while adhering to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• UX Performance Optimization – monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and interaction latency to keep the application responsive under heavy enterprise workloads.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – act as a translator between UX designers and backend engineers to ensure design visions are technically feasible.
