Senior IT Product Marketing Specialist – Global AI Workflow Platforms

About the role

Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization as a Senior IT Product Marketing Specialist. You will shape the adoption of a cutting‑edge AI‑driven workflow platform used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own product messaging, positioning and internal branding for the global workflow platform.
• Translate complex AI, automation and low‑code/no‑code concepts into clear business value for executives, IT teams, process owners and citizen developers.
• Create executive presentations, newsletters, launch materials, playbooks, demos and enablement content.
• Drive adoption initiatives, onboarding, training, UAT support and user migration across global stakeholders.
• Gather feedback, measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve adoption strategies.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in product marketing for technology solutions.
• Strong storytelling ability and experience influencing global stakeholder adoption.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to multiple personas (executives, developers, end users).
• Experience with AI‑enabled platforms and low‑code/no‑code environments.
