Senior IT Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Product Marketing Specialist to join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization. You will shape the adoption of our AI‑driven workflow platform used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide, translating complex technology into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own product messaging, positioning and internal branding for the global workflow platform.
• Translate AI, automation and workflow concepts into user‑focused communication and executive presentations.
• Create launch materials, newsletters, playbooks, demos and enablement content for diverse personas (executives, IT teams, process owners, citizen developers, end users).
• Drive adoption initiatives, onboarding, training, UAT support and migration programs across global stakeholders.
• Gather feedback, measure adoption metrics and continuously improve communication effectiveness.
• Support citizen‑development enablement with clear guidelines and resources.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in product marketing, preferably in technology or software solutions.
• Strong storytelling ability to convey complex AI and workflow concepts to business audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and change‑enablement skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross‑functional environment and influence product adoption.
