Senior Manufacturing Excellence

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Excellence professional to lead end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives at our Thanh Oai Industrial Complex in Hanoi. You will champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, drive a culture of continuous improvement, and support digitalisation across the manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute cost‑saving and continuous‑improvement projects to meet defined targets.
• Promote Lean thinking, Kaizen events, and Six Sigma tools throughout the plant.
• Develop and monitor SQDC+ KPIs to ensure a "World Class" operating model.
• Coordinate automation and digitalisation efforts, including design, development, and maintenance of applications.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs on Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed innovation and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunication engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience implementing continuous‑improvement projects in a manufacturing or automation environment.
• Proven experience in planning and delivering training.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, and strong digitalisation competency.
