About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will lead integrated marketing initiatives for the XMen For Boss brand, driving growth in the premium male grooming segment. You will translate consumer insights into actionable strategies and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated business and brand plans aligned with company priorities.
Convert market data and consumer insights into growth‑focused strategies.
Lead the creation and rollout of multi‑channel communication campaigns (TV, digital, social, consumer promotions, trade).
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or communications.
Interest in premium male grooming trends.
Strong understanding of brand fundamentals and business metrics.
Ability to think structurally and develop concepts for planning projects.
