Senior Partnership & Event Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and driven Senior Partnership & Event Specialist to expand Upzi, a career platform for Gen Z, across universities and student communities in Vietnam. The role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City with occasional travel to campuses and the Hanoi office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead campus engagement initiatives to increase Upzi’s presence among students and university partners.
• Identify, negotiate and activate strategic partnerships with educational institutions, student clubs, and community platforms.
• Plan, coordinate and execute both offline and online events, including career fairs, workshops, and webinars.
• Manage public‑relations activities to enhance brand visibility and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Monitor event performance metrics and provide post‑event analysis to inform future strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in event marketing, university relations or partnership development, preferably with a focus on Gen Z or youth audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset, flexibility, strong attention to detail and a collaborative team attitude.
• Willingness to travel to campuses and attend student events as needed.
