Senior Product GTM (Go-To-Market) Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product GTM (Go‑To‑Market) Manager to lead the launch and lifecycle of consumer‑electronics products for Huawei Vietnam. The role will bridge product, marketing and sales teams to ensure successful market entry and sustained performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product introductions and ongoing product lifecycle management.
• Coordinate product positioning, pricing, channel readiness, promotional activities and launch schedules across functions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering and supply‑chain teams to guarantee market readiness.
• Monitor launch performance, analyze market feedback and adjust plans to meet revenue and adoption targets.
• Prepare and present GTM plans, business cases and post‑launch reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in GTM strategy, product management, product marketing or project management.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of consumer‑electronics products, preferably with a technical background.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and drive results in fast‑paced environments.
