Senior Talent Acquisition Executive – IT Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will lead key talent acquisition initiatives for Bosch's technology business in Ho Chi Minh City. You will own the full‑cycle recruitment process, design innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience for both business and technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for a variety of roles and seniority levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment plans.
• Source, screen, and select candidates from diverse talent pools, building robust pipelines.
• Implement innovative sourcing tactics using social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Use recruitment data and analytics to track KPIs, generate reports, and improve processes.
• Maintain professional, timely communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Guide and mentor junior talent‑acquisition team members, sharing best practices and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of hands‑on talent acquisition experience, preferably within IT.
• Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Experience coaching junior recruiters and fostering knowledge sharing.
