About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will lead key talent acquisition initiatives for Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City. You will own the full‑cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while delivering top talent for both business and technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for a variety of roles and seniority levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment plans.
• Source, screen, and select candidates from diverse talent pools to build robust pipelines.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies using social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Utilize recruitment data and analytics to track KPIs, generate reports, and improve processes.
• Maintain high‑quality candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
• Mentor junior talent acquisition team members and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of hands‑on recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment and develop sourcing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
