Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leads end‑to‑end recruitment activities to attract, assess and hire high‑quality talent in line with the company’s workforce plans and growth objectives. The role also drives improvements in recruitment processes, employer branding, candidate experience and talent pipeline development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Utilise ATS, job boards and LinkedIn to source and engage candidates.
• Analyse recruitment data to optimise processes and reporting.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in high‑volume environments such as retail, F&B, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, stakeholder management and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, ATS, job boards and professional networks.
