Senior Trade Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Trade Marketing Executive to lead the development and execution of our trade channel strategies for the GT (General Trade) segment. The role will focus on expanding market coverage, optimizing trade investments and driving ROI across zones in Vietnam’s fast‑moving consumer goods market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual GT channel plan, setting short‑term and long‑term coverage expansion targets.
• Design and launch trade programs for GT outlets, including sell‑in incentives, display schemes and off‑take rebates.
• Collaborate with sales and distributor teams on route‑to‑market planning and prioritize high‑potential accounts.
• Support the Trade Marketing Manager in building tactical category programs and monitoring performance.
• Analyse trade investment ROI by zone/region and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in trade marketing within a large FMCG company.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels, finance basics and the FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
