SEO Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Leader to define and execute comprehensive search engine optimization strategies for our digital presence. You will guide a team of SEO executives while collaborating closely with content and digital marketing teams to boost organic traffic and improve rankings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine holistic SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize on‑page content, and improve site architecture.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives, coordinating efforts with content creators and digital marketers.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, driving ongoing improvements.
• Oversee technical SEO setups, including advanced website optimization and compliance measures such as cloaking strategy and domain backup.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage technical SEO projects and optimize website performance.
