Software Architect – Advanced Driver Assistance Systems

About the role

The Software Architect will lead the definition and design of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) software products for Bosch's EDA department in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on integrating radar, video and ultrasonic sensors, applying sensor‑fusion and AI techniques, and ensuring compliance with safety and ASPICE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain software architecture artifacts for ADAS products.
• Support customer project teams by providing optimal architectural solutions.
• Participate in design decisions and act as a key stakeholder in the change control board.
• Mentor team members on architectural best practices and enforce related processes.
• Evaluate risks, estimate changes, propose alternatives, and collaborate closely with development teams.
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE evaluations and manage technical complexities across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software architecture for safety‑critical automotive systems.
• Strong understanding of ADAS technologies, sensor fusion and AI concepts.
• Ability to work with global customers and align solutions with regional and OEM expectations.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and guide cross‑functional teams.
