Talent Acquisition Executive – IT Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions at Bosch’s software division in Ho Chi Minh City. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media, professional networks and industry events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions and set selection criteria.
• Conduct resume reviews and initial screening interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably for IT or technical roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet hiring targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
