Talent Acquisition Expert

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Expert will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Messer Vietnam, strengthening our employer brand and delivering a superior candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers, you will build sustainable talent pipelines and provide data‑driven recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily sourcing, screening, and interviewing activities, focusing on 60‑70% of recruitment workload.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and set interview schedules.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or employer branding, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing full‑cycle recruitment and meeting hiring targets.
• Hands‑on experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
