Talent Acquisition Officer (Contract)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will provide operational and administrative support across key HR functions, focusing on the full recruitment lifecycle. The role also assists in maintaining the HR Information System, updating organizational charts, tracking headcount, and supporting ISO compliance to ensure smooth daily HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee data.
• Create and revise organizational charts to reflect current staffing structures.
• Monitor headcount metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Support ISO compliance activities related to HR documentation and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
• Willingness to sign a one‑year contract.
