Talent Acquisition Specialist – Inhouse Software/IT

About the role

MiTek Vietnam is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its Software and IT divisions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to recruitment requests across the company, focusing on Software/IT positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, evaluating qualifications, interviewing, negotiating offers, and post‑hire follow‑up.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates for assigned roles.
• Leverage social networking platforms and other channels to build talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably with IT or high‑volume hiring.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proven ability to use social networking tools for talent attraction.
• Experience with candidate sourcing, headhunting, and communication.
