Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our engineering teams. The role can be based in our Hanoi office or at the Haiphong plant, offering a dynamic environment within a fast‑growing automotive manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with approved headcounts.
• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and prioritize talent acquisition initiatives.
• Design and manage diverse sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality engineering candidates.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and ensure accurate tracking throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct candidate mapping, screening, and interview coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a diversified industry.
• Proven record of successfully filling technical and engineering positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
