Talent Acquisition Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead recruitment initiatives that support the establishment and expansion of Versigent Vietnam's manufacturing facilities. This position focuses on strategic manpower planning, mass hiring, employer branding, and building a robust talent pipeline to meet the company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for both direct and indirect positions across the factory.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with manpower forecasts.
• Oversee mass recruitment campaigns, ensuring efficient candidate sourcing and selection.
• Strengthen employer branding to attract high‑quality talent.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment channels and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in wire harness production is a plus.
• Proven track record in mass hiring and knowledge of the local labor market in Hung Yen/Hai Duong.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities, with good English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight hiring timelines.
