Teaching Assistant - Trợ Giảng Tiếng Anh

About the role

ILA Vietnam is looking for a motivated Teaching Assistant to support English classes at its Dong Nai campus. You will work closely with teachers, help students during lessons, and ensure smooth classroom operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering English lessons, covering at least four ILA classes per week.
• Provide substitution support when required.
• Manage classroom environment, monitor student behavior, and address student queries.
• Handle administrative tasks such as updating ILA Connect, checking attendance, assigning and marking homework.
• Support course administration and preparation activities.

Required profile

• University degree or current university student from the third year onward.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle requests or complaints.
• Excellent command of English.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Commitment to teaching a minimum of four ILA classes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
