Technical Regulation Engineer (R&D)

About the role

As a Technical Regulation Engineer in our R&D centre, you will analyse global legal regulations and standards, translate them into technical requirements and support product development across automotive and non‑automotive domains.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse legal regulations and standards worldwide and document technical requirements in internal databases.
• Identify relevant regulations for automotive and non‑automotive products, systems, software and services.
• Apply legal‑structure knowledge of each country to derive requirements and support product evaluation.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to close gaps in processes and methods.
• Improve daily efficiency by applying programming or coding to automate tasks.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in product development or applied research; fresh graduates with research experience are welcome.
• Strong analytical mindset, precise work habits and good time management.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, responsible and adaptable.

Required skills

• Technical English reading and writing proficiency.
• Programming/coding ability (any language, advantage).
