Telesales (Sustainability Business)

About the role

The Telesales position supports Bureau Veritas' Sustainability Business by promoting advisory, verification, and certification services. The role involves client interaction, project coordination, and market research to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of sustainability services, including data collection, technical review, and report drafting.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical reports, and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing information on sustainability solutions.
• Conduct market research, monitor regulations, identify business opportunities, and support growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Technical teams to achieve objectives and ensure service excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in sustainability, environmental certification, consulting, project coordination, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interest in GHG, ESG, LCA, EPD, CBAM, and climate‑related services.
• Ability to analyze and present technical and business information clearly.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
