Training Specialist - Mandarin Speaking

About the role

Concentrix is looking for a Mandarin‑speaking Training Specialist to join its Ho Chi Minh City campus. You will be responsible for preparing new hires with the knowledge and soft‑skill tools they need to succeed in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding training sessions for new agents, covering program knowledge and essential soft skills.
• Support quality initiatives during off‑peak periods, including audit participation, weekly and monthly calibration meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Identify performance gaps and work with the quality team to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain training materials and ensure they stay up‑to‑date with evolving processes.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in training, teaching, or an education‑related role.
• Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
• Experience delivering offline training to new hires is a plus.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and guide a team of agents.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
