Accounting and Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Finance Manager to lead our finance function and back‑office operations. The role will oversee cross‑border financial consolidation for Vietnam, Hong Kong and China, manage cash flow tightly, and drive technology‑forward efficiency, including AI integration.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate financial statements across Vietnam, Hong Kong and China.
• Monitor and optimise cash flow and working capital.
• Lead the finance team and ensure compliance with local accounting standards.
• Implement and maintain finance‑related technology solutions, including AI tools.
• Prepare strategic forecasts and budgets to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Valid Chief Accountant Certificate (Chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng); ACCA, CPA or CMA is a strong advantage.
• 5+ years progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑country finance operations.
