Accounting Staff & Deputy Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Staff who will also act as Deputy Accounting Manager within our Finance Department. The successful candidate will ensure project accounts are accurate, reconcile payables and receivables, maintain orderly records and produce regular financial reports for management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update project accounting records.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc financial reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
• Assist the Accounting Manager in supervising the accounting team and handling tax compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese taxation and fiscal regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Bookkeeping and tax filing experience.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
